Story Summary
Chloe, CEO of the Nova Consortium, anonymously funds a constant-temperature hydrotherapy conservatory at a rehabilitation center for her ailing mother. When she comes for a visit, she finds her mother being bullied by Martha, an elderly resident at the center. Kevin, the well-paid physical therapist she personally hired, turns out to be Martha’s son-in-law.
