My Husband Killed Me to Ascend; I Was Reborn and Slew the Gods

About this short drama

Story Summary

Vera married vampire Count Regor ten years ago and was regarded by everyone as a useless waste of impure bloodline. In her previous life, Regor sacrificed Vera in a blood ritual to boost his own power, and she died consumed by hatred. Reborn, her husband fakes his death to trick Vera into meeting her lover, but Vera recognizes from a relic badge that her husband is the very enemy who wiped out her entire clan. Vera invokes vampire law to freeze the inheritance rights, seals off the territory as acting ruler, and systematically purges her husband's followers. Her lover Liena brings the Blood Alliance in a massive invasion, and the mastermind behind it all, Duke Bloodmoon, admits he was the one who orchestrated the clan's destruction. Vera finds the Primordial Heart, purifies the army in the final battle, kills Duke Bloodmoon of the Blood Alliance, strips her husband of his vampire life source and reduces him to a human, exiling him to the wastelands to live worse than death. Her husband's lover is imprisoned in Eternal Day, forever burned by the sun, fully conscious and craving blood. The mastermind is forged into a blood flame, burning for the Blood Ancestor's altar for all eternity.
