Play Unfathomable Hearts, Unresolved Grief

Xie Qingyin was the legitimate daughter of a Great Xia general and once a noble consort of the Great Xia court. Framed by Wang Xiran, she watched her entire clan executed. Separated from her biological son Wang Feng, she was confined to the cold palace by Jiang Yan and endured endless humiliation. Crushed by despair, she fled Great Xia for Northern Qi. Drawing on her wisdom and agricultural expertise, she won the appreciation and trust of Tuoba Jie, King of Northern Qi, and was conferred the title of Noble Consort of Northern Qi. In Northern Qi, Xie Qingyin always had the people's welfare at heart. When a drought struck the suburbs, she personally guided the villagers to improve farming techniques and build irrigation projects to ease the disaster, earning deep love from the people and recognition from all court ministers. Yet her rising status stirred resentment and jealousy in Tuoba Lie, a royal clansman of Northern Qi. Allying with Wang Huai, a surviving member of the Wang clan, Tuoba Lie repeatedly plotted to frame Xie Qingyin, seeking to overthrow Tuoba Jie and seize the throne.
