Play The New Queen Banished the Only Light Priest

Ivan had guarded the Northern Realm for forty years, yet Aithlin drove him away with a single remark that he was "just wasting space". She exalted "the Brave" Kael, but the moment the monster appeared, Kael was beaten to a pulp and couldn't even get back on his feet. When the seal shattered and the royal capital's projection collapsed, Aithlin first begged Ivan for help, then immediately ordered his arrest. When King Hart of the Griffins arrived on his royal griffin and knelt publicly to beseech Ivan, Aithlin froze in place—only then did she realize that the man she had cast out was no idle bystander, but the very lifeline of the kingdom. Yet Ivan just swung himself onto the back of a sheep: "I was always just a shepherd. "
