The pureblood werewolf orphan Irene survives the massacre of her entire clan. On her deathbed, her mother entrusts her with the Pureblood Holy Stone, urging her to hide her female identity and live on to exact revenge. Irene cuts off her blonde hair, binds her figure, and infiltrates the royal court under the alias of the knight Evan. By accident, she forms a fated mark with Rex, the tyrannical Alpha Wolf King, on the night of the blood moon. Tormented by the full-moon bloodline frenzy curse, Rex finds that Irene's bloodline can suppress his wolf poison. While serving the Wolf King as a male knight, Irene displays extraordinary combat prowess in multiple crises, winning the Wolf King's trust and military power. At the same time, she must constantly conceal her secret of being a woman and evade the schemes and assassination attempts of the villains. The ambitious uncle Vance, together with his daughter Vivian, the traitor Carlo and the maid Lila, repeatedly set traps — framing her and launching assassinations — in a bid to eliminate Irene and seize the throne. Her identity is fully exposed on a full-moon night, revealing that Irene is exactly the fated Luna the Wolf King has been desperately searching for. Vance launches a coup d'état with the Senate rebels, even resorting to dark witchcraft to fight to the death. Holding the Pureblood Holy Stone, Irene fights side by side with the Wolf King, crushing the rebellion and personally killing her enemies. She develops a potion to eradicate the thousand-year-old full-moon curse that has plagued the werewolf clan. Finally, she lays down her knight armor, is crowned hand in hand with the devoted Wolf King, becomes the supreme Luna Queen of the empire, completes her revenge, and guards the entire werewolf continent.
