For three years, Su Xiao was treated as a free live-in maid by her husband Lin Xi, who also cheated on her. In secret, she developed an ""AA System"" to reclaim everything. When Lin Xi’s mother pushed for a strict AA agreement, Su Xiao calmly signed—while Lin Xi, overconfident, didn’t bother reading the fine print. Then, Su Xiao ""accidentally"" dropped her late-stage stomach cancer diagnosis. Lin’s mother accused her of marriage fraud, but when Lin Xi discovered Su Xiao owned property, savings, and insurance, he refused to divorce her—hoping to inherit her assets—and even pretended to urge her to forgo treatment. During a lavish dinner, the AA System automatically deducted money from Lin Xi’s account when he ordered expensive dishes. When he tried to show off by telling Su Xiao to buy jewelry for his mother, the system transferred 50,000 yuan from his account to hers, ruling that ""the beneficiary pays."" Later, while meeting his mistress, Lin Xi was charged ""emotional compensation fees"" per second, draining his balance. Desperate, he tried doing chores to earn credits but was penalized for half-hearted efforts—and learned he owed Su Xiao three years of unpaid housework. When Su Xiao faked a medical emergency, Lin Xi initially refused to pay for her ""life-saving surgery""—until the system warned that if one spouse died, the other would be forced to commit suicide. Panicked, he signed, only for the system to split the bill equally. Thinking loans were also shared, Lin Xi recklessly borrowed money, only for the system to declare them his sole responsibility. Debt collectors seized his home, while Su Xiao ""generously"" repaid a fraction—just enough for the system to transfer his Bentley to her name. Lin’s mother sold her own apartment to bail him out, leaving herself homeless. When she moved in with Su Xiao but kept bossing her around, the system fined Lin Xi for each offense. He eventually turned on his mother, forcing her to do chores until she was kicked out. When he begged Su Xiao for money, the system converted the funds into company shares under her control. Finally, after Lin’s mother tried drugging Su Xiao’s tea (and failed), Su Xiao revealed her cancer diagnosis was fake. Presenting evidence of Lin Xi’s infidelity and financial abuse, she used the AA System’s rules and legal clauses to leave him penniless. Lin Xi ended up a beggar. Su Xiao took over his company and revolutionized marriage contracts with her AA System—quantifying domestic labor, emotional labor, and betrayal, redefining what true fairness and respect mean in love.
