Awakening in a mass grave, Wen Yu discovers his spiritual roots were stolen by Ling Xiaozi through a forbidden ritual. Armed with Mo Jue's century of demonic cultivation experience, he begins his covert revenge. He protects his mother, humiliates those who betray him, and enters the Immortal Sect gathering to confront Ling Xiaozi and his son. Following clues left by his mother, he rescues his imprisoned father and reunites with his former demonic followers. Reclaiming leadership of the Demonic Sect, Wen Yu faces Ling Xiaozi in a final showdown. With sacrificed lifespan and a reclaimed heavenly legacy, he defeats the corrupted immortal lord. In the end, Wen Yu restores balance, installing his physician father as the new Immortal Lord. Recognized by heavenly light, he bridges the divide between immortal and demonic paths, ushering in an era of coexistence."
