Play Forbidden Song: Symphony of Redemption

Lin Wan’s career implodes after pirating Gu Chen’s hit Stars. Blacklisted and bankrupt, she pays reparations while working in a piano shop. Gu Chen’s rebuke—“You stole my song. What right have you to weep?”—forces her reckoning. When plagiarized by influencer Zhao Lei, Lin Wan fights back in court with creation evidence and Gu Chen’s support. Her victory launches her original song Against the Light to viral fame. As Copyright Ambassador, she lectures students and apologizes to musicians she once infringed. Co-writing Anthem of Stars with Gu Chen, she wins “Original Artist of the Year” and headlines arenas. Singing Starry Sea onstage, her tears trace the journey from thief to guardian—where stolen notes build empires of integrity.
