Play Defending the Killer: A Husband's Ultimate Betrayal

"The female lead and her daughter were hit and severely injured by her husband’s ""white moonlight"" (first love). The daughter succumbed to her injuries, while the husband was nowhere to be found—unbeknownst to him, he was accompanying his white moonlight at a lively concert, completely unaware of the tragedy that had befallen his family. Grieving and heartbroken, the female lead suppressed her pain and tears, determined to seek justice for her daughter. She resolutely took legal action, filing a lawsuit against the white moonlight responsible for the accident. She trusted the law would deliver justice, but to her shock, her husband—a top-tier lawyer—stepped forward to defend his white moonlight in court. In the courtroom, the female lead held her daughter’s ashes, tearfully recounting the tragedy. Yet her husband stubbornly refused to believe that the woman he trusted could have killed their child. His eyes held no pity for his daughter, no comfort for his wife—only unwavering defense of his white moonlight. At that moment, the female lead’s heart turned to ice, and she vowed revenge. Days later, when the husband finally went to pick up his daughter, he arrived at her funeral instead. Only after hearing his mother-in-law’s account did he realize his daughter was truly gone. Yet even then, he refused to accept that his white moonlight was responsible, continuing to defend her and coldly filing for divorce. The female lead’s father returned from abroad, comforting her and helping her exploit the white moonlight and her husband’s greed. Together, they manipulated the two into incurring massive debts. Finally, at the white moonlight and her ex-husband’s wedding, the female lead revealed her true face—presenting irrefutable evidence that the white moonlight had killed their daughter. Only then did the husband realize his mistake, but it was far too late. "
