Story Summary
Hazel Green, an orphan from a welfare home, married actor Charles Black and gave up her own acting career to help him rise to fame. After he became famous, he abandoned her for Diana Rose. Hazel was abused by the crew, bullied by her agency, and vilified online. Dying from a hereditary illness, she passed away alone. After her death, her diary was made public, revealing the truth. Hazel said that in the end, she was carried away by love.
