He Took Me as Stand-in for Five Years
About this short drama
Story Summary
"To the world, billionaire heir Dominic reformed his playboy ways to marry ordinary Stella. But five years in, Stella puts on his AR glasses and discovers a sickening reality: he has spent their entire marriage projecting his first love, Vivian, onto her face. When she demands a divorce, Vivian frames her for an illicit affair. Blindly believing the lies, Dominic permits his family to beat Stella until she miscarries, standing by as Vivian subjects her to a barbaric, unanesthetized hysterectomy. Shattered and betrayed, Stella flees to London. A year later, Vivian’s schemes unravel into madness, while Stella returns as a powerhouse CEO—ruthlessly shorting and seizing Dominic’s family empire. As her bankrupt ex-husband falls to his knees begging for mercy, Stella coldly turns her back, stepping into her own empire."
